I’m still pinching myself after returning to the Torres Strait, after 8 years away for the Endeavour Clontarf Academy's major trip. It was a privilege to connect the boys with my friend Joseph Passi and the kids at the Canon Boggo Pilot Hostel on Waiben (Thursday Island). This experience was life changing for the Endeavour boys, many of whom board at an Aboriginal hostel for their education. We were fortunate to travel to Muralag Island (Prince of Wales) for some drag netting and to learn traditional cultural practices. A huge thank you to the ladies at the hostel for looking after us, the local community, and Aunty Liz Ahwang, who took care of us from Cairns to Horn Island to TI. 🏝️🐊🥥🐟Ben Jones James Spencer Aboriginal Hostels Limited

As we near the end of the school year, I was proud to support Palmerston College and The Clontarf Foundation for their graduation and awards ceremony. What a day! The Fox Sports Clontarf Oz Tag Challenge is always a highlight on the Foxtel calendar, and this year was extra special as it was the first one I had the privilege of helping organise. We kicked things off with footy legends Bryan Fletcher and Nathan Hindmarsh, who brought their trademark humour and energy to the footy toss. The momentum carried all the way through to an epic grand final, expertly called by Andrew Voss. It was also great to see our own Jake Duke and Lara Pitt out on the field, getting right amongst the action! Beyond the fun and friendly competition, this event is a meaningful celebration of the Clontarf Foundation and the incredible work they do supporting young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men. Seeing Clontarf students, Foxtel players and volunteers all out there together is what makes this day so special - connection, community and a whole lot of heart. A huge thank you to all the players and volunteers, your energy, support and enthusiasm were a big part of what made the day such a success.

COMMUNITY + CULTURE 🖤❤️💛 As a proud corporate supporter of the Clontarf Foundation, we were thrilled to be invited to the Clontarf Kangaroo Island Experience. Bajara's Director, Stirling Mawby, jumped on a plane to South Australia and spent 4 days immersed in this unforgettable experience (while braving the cold!). The camp brought together 14 of Clontarf's corporate partners, including Bajara Plant Hire, along with students from the Christies Beach, Wirreanda and Woodville Academies. It was an extraordinary time filled with leadership and team-building activities, cultural learning, camp cooking and a whole lot of adventure along the way. It's inspiring to see these young men step up as emerging leaders, building confidence, connections and memories that will last a lifetime. Congratulations to all the students, mentors and organisers who made it such a success. 🏈 Teamwork, Connection & Country on Wadjemup / Rottnest Island🌊 More than 90 Clontarf academy members and over 100 partner representatives and supporters came together for the annual Wadjemup Cup, three days of football, teamwork, and opportunity on beautiful Rottnest Island.   SeaLink Western Australia was proud to play a part through our partnership with the Clontarf Foundation, providing ferry transport to and from Wadjemup and joining in the spirit of connection and celebration.   The Wadjemup Cup, a collaboration between Clontarf and the Rottnest Island Authority, is more than a sporting event. It’s about building confidence, leadership, and lifelong friendships, while strengthening ties between students, partners, and the community. 🌟   💬 Leycester Cory, General Manager, SeaLink Western Australia said: “Events like this remind us why partnerships like ours with the Clontarf Foundation matter.
