COMMUNITY + CULTURE Last month we were honoured to attend Fulton Hogan's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Launch Event, a powerful morning that brought together business, community and culture. The event began with a Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony and Cultural Dance Performance before moving into a presentation of Fulton Hogan's RAP commitments for 2025-2027. Our Director, Stirling Mawby was proud to be invited as a panellist for the discussion on 'Reconciliation in Action', sharing insights on building strong and respectful partnerships with Indigenous businesses, the challenges faced in growing an Indigenous-owned company, and what genuine support from industry looks like. A big thank you to Fulton Hogan for the invitation and for continuing to drive meaningful reconciliation through action, collaboration and respect. #Reconciliation #RAPLaunch #IndigenousBusiness #FultonHogan #BajaraPlantHire #IndigenousOwned #PartnershipsInAction #QueenslandConstruction #BrisbaneCivilConstruction

COMMUNITY + CULTURE 🖤❤️💛 As a proud corporate supporter of the Clontarf Foundation, we were thrilled to be invited to the Clontarf Kangaroo Island Experience. Bajara's Director, Stirling Mawby, jumped on a plane to South Australia and spent 4 days immersed in this unforgettable experience (while braving the cold!). The camp brought together 14 of Clontarf's corporate partners, including Bajara Plant Hire, along with students from the Christies Beach, Wirreanda and Woodville Academies. It was an extraordinary time filled with leadership and team-building activities, cultural learning, camp cooking and a whole lot of adventure along the way. It's inspiring to see these young men step up as emerging leaders, building confidence, connections and memories that will last a lifetime. Congratulations to all the students, mentors and organisers who made it such a success. We're very proud to be part of supporting the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders. #ClontarfFoundation #IndigenousYouth #Leadership #NextGeneration #BajaraPlantHire #Community #Culture #IndigenousPartnerships

ONSITE + OPERATING 🚜 We recently added 2 extra machines and 2 operators to support ongoing work on a Central Queensland Wind Farm, moving from a dry hire setup to a full wet hire solution. The team is now operating two 36t and two 50t excavators, equipped with our famous xcentric rippers. Our operators, plant and equipment have been brought in to tackle tough ground and build on project efficiencies. The machines are currently focused on bulk earthworks and rock breaking, preparing the site for the next stage of construction. By combining experienced operators, specialised attachments, and a flexible wet hire approach, we're able to adapt to the demands of the project and provide hands-on support where it counts. #WetHire #BajaraPlantHire #ConstructionQueensland #Renewables #PlantHire #HeavyMachinery #MiningAndConstruction #Excavation #RockBreaker

BAJARA BUZZ 🌱Sustainability isn't just a buzzword, it's how we operate everyday. All our machines run on B5 biodiesel which is a blend of 5% renewable biodiesel and 95% standard diesel. This helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while keeping our fleet reliable. But that's not all! We also use telematics to monitor machine usage, fuel efficiency and maintenance needs in real time. This means we can optimise operations, reduce unnecessary fuel consumption and minimise environmental impact on every project... and that's just on a sustainability front - don't get us started on the project benefits! We work with our clients to support their sustainability requirements and targets Choosing cleaner fuels, leveraging smart technology and maintaining a modern, well-managed fleet are all ways we ensure the infrastructure we build today supports communities in a more sustainable way. #SustainableConstruction #EcoFriendlyFleet #Telematics #BajaraPlantHire #QueenslandConstruction #QueenslandProcurement #CleanConstruction

ONSITE + OPERATING ⛏ Just mining our own business. We've rolled up with both the 50t excavator and operator, working side-by-side with our client on a Queensland mine. Our job? Helping extract hard rock, natural gravel and various sands, the essential building blocks for construction and infrastructure projects. These raw materials don't just sit in stockpiles looking pretty. They're turned into concrete for bridges and buildings, gravel for roads and pathways, and sand for countless other applications that keep our communities growing and connected. It's steady, detailed work. With every Bajara bucket keeping production moving at full pace. #QueenslandQuarry #MineSpec #BajaraPlantHire #PlantHireCompany #QueenslandConstruction #SustainableMining

COMMUNITY + CULTURE 🏀 Building connections on and off the court... Last week, Stirling and the Bajara team had the privilege of visiting the Palm Beach Currumbin Clontarf Academy. We were welcomed with open arms (and some serious basketball skills!) by Chris, the Ops Officers, and an incredible group of young men. Clontarf Foundation does such amazing work helping young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men build confidence, stay engaged in school and create pathways into work and further education. They combine mentoring, sport and education to help the boys unlock their potential and set themselves up for a strong future. From sharing stories and dreams to learning more about the boys, their culture and their program, the experience was nothing short of inspiring. A huge thank you to the Clontarf Foundation for allowing us to be part of your day – we can’t wait to continue building this relationship and supporting the next generation of leaders. Stay tuned for more as this partnership grows! #ClontarfFoundation #IndigenousYouth #BajaraPlantHire #NextGeneration #StrengthVisionLegacy #QLDConstruction #ClosingTheGap #SupportingCommunity #GivingBack #ConstructionWithPurpose #CultureAndConstruction
