The 151 Property team was proud to attend last week’s Property Congress 2025 in Perth, hosted by the Property Council of Australia. With hundreds of industry leaders in one place, the event delivered valuable insights, engaging speakers, and plenty of opportunities to connect and learn. One of the great takeaways from the event came from keynote speaker Adam Gilchrist, who reminded us that “Attitudes are contagious, is yours worth catching?” A timely reflection as we continue to lead with purpose and positivity. To top it all off, our team had a fantastic time on the championship golf course — and even walked away with a win! Last night, our Managing Director Marc Lucas participated in a panel discussion at the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific 2025 launch event.
