The GPT Group is proud to be inspiring the next generation of property leaders. We recently opened the doors to some of our most iconic assets for over 100 participants in the Property Council of Australia 500 Women in Property program. Our tours of Riverside Centre and 111 Eagle Street in Brisbane, Darling Park in Sydney and Melbourne Central offered emerging female talent the chance to explore world-class assets, connect with peers, and learn from industry leaders. We've proudly supported this program since day one, launching as 100 Women in Property in 2015, and we've watched it grow to over 700 participants this year. The program does more than build networks. It builds confidence and creates pathways to leadership, while connecting the next generation with senior sponsors who can help shape their careers. Early in the new year, we'll be hosting another site tour at Karrinyup, continuing our commitment to hands-on learning and creating meaningful connections. Because when we invest in emerging talent, we invest in the future of our industry. #WomenInProperty #500WomenInProperty #PropertyLeadership

Fashion, culture and creativity came together at our premium workplace, 530 Collins St, as The GPT Group proudly partnered with City of Melbourne Melbourne Fashion Week (M/FW) for a third year. As Presenting Partner for the Opening Media Preview Runway, a sky-high runway on the top floor kicked off the week with an exclusive designer showcase, framed by sweeping city views. The week continued with dynamic conversations hosted at GPT Space&Co, where designers, artists and innovators explored bold ideas in our spaces designed for collaboration and creativity. For the first time, M/FW’s First Nations Fashion Capsule brought cultural storytelling into the heart of our lobby, showcasing one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrated identity, artistry and connection to Country. 530 Collins St continues to evolve as a workplace that champions innovation, celebrates identity and delivers exceptional experiences for our tenant customers. #530CollinsSt #MelbourneFashionWeek #MFW2025 #CityOfMelbourne

The GPT Group was proud to sponsor yesterday’s Property Council of Australia Capital Markets Forum. Our Head of Retail, Chris Barnett, joined the ‘Retail Spotlight – Back to the Future’ panel alongside Amanda Steele and Lachlan MacGillivray, sharing insights into the evolving dynamics of the retail sector and what’s driving investor interest today. The discussion covered: • The diversity of retail – from convenience centres to destination shopping and everything in between. • How limited new supply and rising cap rates are shaping value and opportunity. • Where investors are placing capital to uplift returns – and what shoppers and retailers want next. Retail is evolving – and more diverse than ever. It remains a resilient, adaptive asset class that continues to deliver strong performance and long-term value for investors. #GPTGroup #RetailInvestment #CapitalMarketsForum #PropertyCouncil #RetailInsights #RealEstateInvestment
