Together with Investa, we’re pleased to be welcoming BOQ Group to 360 Queen Street Brisbane, as the $800 million state-of-the-art building nears practical completion. BOQ Group’s move supports its evolving workplace strategy, shifting its head office from the city fringe to the 33-level Premium-grade commercial tower in the centre of Brisbane’s Golden Triangle. It also honours BOQ’s rich history with Queen Street, dating back to the 1930s. Designed with staff input, their new space will foster collaboration and connection, occupying approximately 5,900sqm across four floors, with access to a double-height outdoor terrace. 360 Queen Street sets a new benchmark for the modern workplace in Brisbane. Inspired by the city’s natural environment, it’s set to become one of Brisbane’s most sustainable commercial towers with the full building to be powered by 100% renewable sources. We look forward to welcoming BOQ’s Brisbane team to 360 Queen Street – along with QIC, Herbert Smith Freehills, HWLE Lawyers, HopgoodGanim Lawyers and BDO Australia – as the landmark building nears completion. Over the course of a week, our ground floor entrance at One Shelley quietly transformed as First Nations artist Maddison Gibbs brought ‘Celebrate Country’ to life. Painted live on site, the mural evolved each day – a blooming flower, a splash of colour – all a tribute to Gadigal land and the rich biodiversity of Barangaroo. We marked its completion with a community event and the opportunity for our customers to meet Maddison. ‘Celebrate Country’ is a great example of how we honour First Nations peoples across our assets, embedding cultural awareness into the places we shape and share. Last night, we welcomed some of our most valued tenant customers and community partners to an intimate dinner at our Sydney workplace to celebrate the partnerships that sit at the heart of Charter Hall. The evening was all about connection: sharing ideas, discussing mutual challenges and building deeper relationships that help us all succeed. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and for those who contributed to our customer research. Your insights continue to shape the way we work together. Also thank you to our event collaborators, Brent Savage of Eleven Barrack, our long-term social enterprise partner Two Good Co, and Mt Yengo Wines, for making the night truly memorable. Here’s to many more years of partnership and shared success. #CharterHall #CustomerPartnerships #TwoGood Bandu Organisation Sydney Rugby Union Carmel Hourigan Ben Ellis Richard Stacker Natalie Devlin David Harrison Liiza Theodore

This week, we welcomed back some of the incredible individuals who helped shape Charter Hall into what it is today at our annual Alumni event. It was a great opportunity to reconnect, swap stories and hear how our Alumni are continuing to make their mark – leading businesses, mentoring the next generation and shaping the future of our industry. A highlight of the evening was a conversation led by David Harrison with two of our co-founders, David Southon and Cedric Fuchs OAM, and our current and former Chairs, Stephen Conry AM, David Clarke and Kerry Roxburgh AM. Their reflections reminded us of the strong foundations on which our business was built – and the values that continue to guide us. Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to be part of our story. Visit https://lnkd.in/g8huNgXt to join our Alumni.

Our tenth year sponsoring The Property Congress – and what a great few days it was. We joined more than 800 property professionals in Perth to connect, learn and share ideas about where our industry is headed. Our Office CEO and PCA President, Carmel Hourigan, led sessions on everything from market outlooks and emerging trends to inclusive leadership and creating a more gender equal industry. It was also a thrill to sponsor a session with Adam Gilchrist, one of Australia’s most celebrated cricketing legends, who shared insights on leadership, resilience and the big decisions that shaped his career. Thank you to the Property Council of Australia for another fantastic event.

We’re pleased to announce that our $2.5 billion Charter Hall Convenience Retail Fund (CCRF) has been added to the MSCI/Mercer Australia Core Wholesale Property Fund Index. As the largest manager of office and convenience retail assets in Australia, and one of the largest industrial real estate owners and managers, the inclusion of CCRF provides our investors with a suite of funds spanning three core sectors, including retail, industrial and office. As Retail CEO Ben Ellis commented, CCRF’s inclusion in the Core Index is evidence of the dramatic shift in wholesale investor appetite towards convenience retail, predominantly leased to non-discretionary retail tenant customers. As Australia’s leading owner of convenience retail with a $16 billion platform, this has long been a high conviction sector for Charter Hall and we’re pleased to be partnering with high quality institutional wholesale investors to deliver outperformance in the sector. Mutual success is what drives us – and this week, we saw that in action. We joined our investor and tenant customers at two events with our social enterprise partner Two Good Co: a dinner celebrating ten years of impact, and a cooking experience with Matt Moran AM preparing meals for women rebuilding their lives. It was a chance to roll up our sleeves, connect and contribute – and a reminder that when we work together, we can create real, lasting change. We’re proud to partner with Two Good Co as part of our commitment to long-term value, not just through the places we invest in, but through the communities we support. Thank you to everyone who joined us. #TwoGoodCo #CommunityInvestment #CharterHall Photo credit: Ethan Smart
