Client Event | Table Talk | AI Meets Sustainability   Last month, we brought together a room of inspiring women for Table Talk by Project One, a conversation exploring how AI and sustainability are shaping the future of our industry.   Our guest speakers, Kat Jade Robinson, Global CEO of Miroma Project Factory, and Gemma Wilson, General Manager ESG ANZ at TSA Riley, shared valuable insights into how innovation and sustainability can work hand in hand to create meaningful, lasting impact.   It was an afternoon of thoughtful dialogue, connection and collaboration, complemented by exceptional food, a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of ideas for a smarter, more sustainable future.   Thank you to all who joined us.

We’re proud to share that the lobby works at 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney are now complete. Project Announcement | Barings | Bankstown ELC We’re proud to announce our latest collaboration with Barings Real Estate and PLAN Project Management P/L, delivering the fitout of a new Early Learning Centre at Gateway, Aeria Precinct in Bankstown. Located within one of Sydney’s most dynamic redevelopment projects, the centre forms part of the broader Altitude precinct – a vibrant hub connecting commercial and residential communities. Designed by SBA, the new childcare facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities, two internal play areas and a large outdoor zone - creating a nurturing environment that supports creativity, growth and play. We’re excited to bring our construction expertise to this project and look forward to showcasing its completion.

Charity Challenge | STEPtember 2025 Throughout September, our team took part in the Steptember challenge in support of Cerebral Palsy Alliance, walking over 5 million steps and raising over $9,000 to help fund life-changing research and services for people with cerebral palsy. We’re so proud of the team’s effort and energy throughout the month - and incredibly grateful to our supplier sponsors, family and friends for their generous support and donations. Your encouragement kept us moving every step of the way! We wrapped up the challenge in style at the Steptember After Party, hosted by AMP at Quay Quarter Tower. Project Completion | Peakstone | 45 Clarence St We were proud to partner with Peakstone to deliver a new workplace for ERA Legal at 45 Clarence Street, Sydney. Built by our team, we also assisted with value engineering and finishes selection to ensure the project was delivered on time and under budget. The result is a light-filled, contemporary space that supports collaboration, focus and client connection – expertly tailored to reflect ERA Legal’s professional and people-focused culture. Project Completion | Dexus | 1 Farrer Place   We are proud to unveil our latest high-end speculative suite, delivered at the iconic Governor Macquarie Tower at One Farrer for our valued client, Dexus.   Set against sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, this premium workspace balances refined design with everyday functionality, creating an environment that inspires, connects and elevates the workday experience.   Designed and delivered by our team, in close collaboration with Dexus, this project reflects our shared focus on delivering adaptable, high-performance workplaces that attract tenants and enhance the modern work experience.

Project Completion | The Commons | 121 Castlereagh St We’re proud to have partnered with The Commons on their new creative shared workspace at 121 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. Spanning two floors, the fit out includes an interconnecting staircase and a light-filled breakout space with a commercial-grade kitchen. Finishing touches such as beer taps, a barista station and even a private bowling alley with bar make this workspace truly one of a kind. Delivered within the heritage-listed former David Jones site, now part of a major extension by Cbus Property and Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ), the project blends history with modern design. Leased on Completion | Level 13, 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney   This 584 m² half-floor fit-out, designed and managed in-house by Project One in collaboration with 151 Property and Nutbrook Group, was leased on completion, a true showcase of purpose-driven design.   Blending workplace and hospitality, the suite features 50 workstations, a custom bar with drinks on tap, and a central putt-putt green, all wrapped in rich walnut, brass, and deep red tones.
