Introduction

Before the Documentation
• Best Practice Agreement
• Coding standards
• Versioning (documentation and development)
• Development effort estimation
6
What to automate
• Repetitive
• Structured
• Well Documented
• High Risk
Why Automate
• Low Added value for
User
• Cost/Benefits Ratio
How Automate
• Opportunity Assessment
• Check technology
constraints (eg. no test
system available)
Process Assessment

Process Matrix
Applications Documentation Metrics
• Availability
• Stability
• Security (eg. 2FA)
• Environments
• Workflow Approval
• Fixed logic
• Exception Handling
• Daily Rate
• Experience Rate
• Business Constraints

For every PDF
OCR
Extract Barcode
Shared Folder
Step 1 - Get PDF

Output
Step 4 - Output

The Robot uses public external
company Website to retrieve all
data regarding the case to
update
Step 3 - CRM
The Robot Creates

generated and send
to the User email
address, together
with the PDF
