  8 For every PDF OCR ExtractBarcode Shared Folder Step 1 - Get PDF The user put PDF files to elaborate in a specific folder. The robot is scheduled daily to retrieve every PDF and moves it in a specific “Workload” folder Goods Mgmt Step 2 - Read PDF The Robot reads document with OCR. The ones recognised as valid are passed to a specific application that extract Barcode value. Split PDF Step 3 - SAP The Robot updates Goods status and values (date, material nr. Barcode) on SAP. Output Step 4 - Output PDFs are moved to “Worked” or “Error” folder, depending on outcome, and stores an Excel report. Process #1 - DDT Extraction

  9 Public Website Email Step 1- Get Email The User sends an email with data regarding the case to analyze (Case Nr, Company, Date) Step 2 - Read Data The Robot uses public external company Website to retrieve all data regarding the case to update Step 3 - CRM The Robot Creates or updates the Case on the company CRM and print the PDF of the case Output Step 4 - Output A report is generated and send to the User email address, together with the PDF Process #2 - Update Case on CRM CRM
