I am a business technologist with experience of working in disruptive start-ups and corporate organization. I am passionate about digital lead business transformation and work with business stakeholders to transform businesses by identifying and improving business processes, operations, customer experience and products using human-centered design and the latest tools and technologies. I am a technology evangelist who believes in taking the holistic approach by empowering customers, improving customer experience, reducing wastes and bringing operational efficiencies by doing process re-engineering and implementing new technologies like RPA, AI, and other SAS technologies.
