Apply your DoubleVerify profiles to LinkedIn Audience Network and CTV Ads ad sets

If you use DoubleVerify's Pinnacle system to set your brand suitability and custom contextual targeting profiles, you can import the same profiles to Campaign Manager and apply them to LinkedIn Audience Network-enabled and CTV ad sets.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is currently available by request. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information.

Import your DoubleVerify profiles to the Brand Safety Hub

  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Plan on the left menu, then click Brand safety.

  3. Select the Third-party apps tab at the top.

  4. Click Select profiles next to Contextual Targeting Profiles or Brand Suitability Profiles to import your DoubleVerify-sourced brand safety profiles.

  5. Search for the Brand Suitability profile or Contextual Targeting profile that you want to import to Campaign Manager.   

    • Make sure that you have linked to the LinkedIn Audience Network from within DoubleVerify’s Pinnacle system.
  6. Select profiles and click the Save button.

Here's a tip

Brand Suitability profiles define where you don’t want your ads to appear on the LinkedIn Audience Network. Contextual Targeting profiles define where you want your ads to appear on the LinkedIn Audience Network.

Apply your DoubleVerify profiles to a specific ad set

Once the DoubleVerify-sourced brand safety profiles are created or imported at the account level, you can apply the same profiles at the ad set level.

Here's a tip

You must choose our Classic ad set creation type for the option to manage your DoubleVerify profiles when creating your ad set.

  1. Create a new or edit an existing ad set in Campaign Manager. For more information on how to create or edit an ad set: 

  2. In the Ad Formats section: 

    • For LinkedIn Audience Network - Select one of the following ad formats: Single image, carousel, document, or video. 
    • For CTV Ads - You must select video ad.
  3. In the Placements section, review the selections and confirm that the checkbox next to LinkedIn Audience Network is selected.

  4. Confirm that the checkbox next to DoubleVerify profiles is selected.

  5. From here, you can also:

  6. After completing your placement selections, finish creating your ad set and launch when you're ready.

Important to know

IAB categories are provided by our partner Pixalate, and could be updated or changed during the run of your ad set. We recommend that you review the categories throughout your ad set run and update your block list or allow list as needed.
