We are proud to share that Novotel Hotels has become the first hospitality brand to join the Seafood Task Force, a significant step in strengthening responsible, traceable and ethical seafood sourcing across global supply chains. Through this collaboration, Novotel teams across Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia will work alongside global experts to enhance transparency in tuna and farmed shrimp supply chains, support more responsible aquaculture practices, and reduce social and environmental risks from vessel to plate. This milestone builds on the brand’s three-year ocean partnership with WWF and complements ongoing initiatives across the brand, including fishery improvement projects, and the implementation of Novotel’s Sustainable Seafood Principles. At Accor, we believe hospitality has a role to play in protecting ecosystems and supporting the communities who depend on them, and Novotel’s commitment to the Seafood Task Force is another concrete action toward that mission. https://lnkd.in/eHwaa55D

We are proud to announce that Accor is joining AXA’s Safe Spaces initiative today, marking another important step in our ongoing commitment to combat gender-based violence. As part of this pledge, Accor will continue to foster a safe and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive, free from violence. At the launch event, Margaux CAMPART, SVP HR Competencies at Accor, shared our vision, highlighting how recognizing, responding, and referring can make all the difference in creating spaces of safety. This partnership strengthens Accor’s broader strategy to protect, support, and empower women and children around the world. Since 2021, Accor has co-led UN Women’s Generation Equality Action Coalition and is part of OneInThreeWomen, the first European network of companies committed to ending violence against women. In France, we work with Fondation des Femmes to provide shelter and safety for women and children affected by violence, and support Maisons des femmes Restart, with six houses already funded and ten more planned by 2025. In Brazil, our ACOLHE program has already helped over 9,000 women and children with psychological and professional support. Our goal remains clear: to make protection, care, and equality a reality for all.
