When “cheers” meets “conscious” — hospitality’s new flavor looks deliciously sustainable! 🍹🌱

Hospitality at its finest, adapting to evolving guest expectations while staying true to quality and creativity. Sustainability isn’t just a trend; it’s the new luxury. 👏✨

Nice! Tho having plant-based options isn’t just about following trends — it’s about creating more variety. It shows how those of us in the food business support healthier choices beyond the typical menu offerings. It’s both about well-being and lifestyle.

Sustainable mindset and hospitality makes great combination - brings a lot of innovation

This is a formal complaint regarding my recent two-night stay at the Mantra MacArthur Canberra. While I have generally had positive experiences with Accor hotels in the past, my stay at this specific property was significantly below the expected standard. 1. Substandard Sleep Experience Mattress Quality: The bed was highly uncomfortable, with the internal mattress springs being clearly felt through the padding. This made finding a comfortable sleeping position extremely difficult. Quilt: The quilt provided was non-breathable, resulting in me waking up multiple times during the night feeling overheated and uncomfortable. Noise and Soundproofing: The room's window soundproofing was inadequate. I was disturbed by continuous noise 2. Unauthorized Parking Charge and Poor Communication The second point relates to billing integrity, which is highly frustrating: I was incorrectly charged a parking fee AU$30 on my final bill, though the tax invoice doesn't show this item. I can confirm that I did not use the hotel parking facilities during my entire stay. Had I not diligently reviewed my bank statement, this unauthorized charge would have been processed.

It’s inspiring to see Accor leading the shift toward more conscious, experience-driven dining that redefines what hospitality can taste like.

Great to see innovation in food and beverage being driven by mental well-being!
