The Crown Resorts Foundation proudly participated in Blackstone’s Global CoreGiving Day at OzHarvest last month, which unites teams from Blackstone companies (151 Property, Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, Civica Asia Pacific, Revantage Asia Pacific and Jasper) to support OzHarvest's vital work in combating food insecurity. Volunteers learned about OzHarvest's impactful efforts to nourish those in need and contributed to their mission. A big thank you to Blackstone, OzHarvest and the Crown Resorts team who dedicated their time and energy to give back to such a worthy cause. The day was a powerful reminder of the power of collaboration, the importance of community, and the spirit of volunteerism.

🎀 Supporting strength, one High Tea at a time 🎀   Crown Perth has deepened its partnership with Breast Cancer Care WA - co-funding a professional counsellor to support West Australians living with breast cancer.   In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, $5 from every Pink Gin high tea sold at the Lobby Lounge in Crown Metropol will also go directly to support services for survivors.   We were honoured to welcome dozens of women to our annual Pink High Tea last week - a heartfelt fixture on the Crown Perth calendar that brings the survivor community together.   Speaking at the high tea, Max Clarke, CEO of Breast Cancer Care WA said “We are immensely grateful to Crown Perth for their continued and generous support. The proceeds directly fund our evidence-based Living Well program, offering holistic care to survivors and metastatic clients across WA.”

We couldn’t be more proud of our Crown team members who volunteered their time to support Telethon7, a West Australian charity supporting sick kids and their families.   For the 17th year, we were honoured to support the incredible work of Telethon, hosting the Telethon Ball at Crown Perth, answering phones in the call room, giving the Little Telethon Stars and their families a staycation at Crown Towers and sponsoring the Telethon Community Stage.   On behalf of the Crown Resorts Foundation, Crown Perth CEO Brian Pereira FCA GAICD FAIM closed out the weekend with a $2.5 million donation towards Telethon. 

Crown Resorts CEO David Tsai took the stage at the Business News Success & Leadership Breakfast at Crown Perth, sharing his personal career journey and Crown’s transformation story with more than 400 guests from across Western Australia’s business community. In a candid and wide-ranging conversation, David reflected on his career path and spoke openly about the importance of rebuilding trust, and the cultural and physical transformations underway across our properties. The event was an opportunity to recognise and celebrate one of Australia’s most iconic sporting moments, and showcase the very best of what our property has to offer.
