David brings nearly 15 years of industry experience and a proven track record of strong leadership across real estate operations, portfolio management, and strategic growth. He joins Brio from Blackstone’s Real Estate group, where he led the U.S. Core+ portfolio management team with a focus on Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) and Blackstone Property Partners (BPP). We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Robert Maddox as Brio Real Estate’s Chief Executive Officer.   With a strong track record of leading successful commercial real estate transactions, both in the U.S. and abroad, Robert brings deep industry and leadership expertise to the company.   As CEO, Robert will be responsible for Brio’s growth strategy, building capabilities across key functions, including corporate, transaction and management services, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to support Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS) investments across the globe.   Robert is in Dallas and will work closely with Brio’s team members across the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific.   Welcome to Brio, Robert!
