David brings nearly 15 years of industry experience and a proven track record of strong leadership across real estate operations, portfolio management, and strategic growth. He joins Brio from Blackstone’s Real Estate group, where he led the U.S. Core+ portfolio management team with a focus on Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) and Blackstone Property Partners (BPP).
