To manage with the reporting in events module, we can go to the
Reporting menu in the events module. Here we have two types of
reporting for Attendees and Revenues report.
Enterprise
This is the graphical view of the reporting corresponding to the
attendees. Here we can see the different events and the count of
attendees who attended the event, count of those who registered
for the event etc.
Enterprise
This is the line chart of the graphical view which shows the same
details of bar chart.
Enterprise
Also we have pie chart showing the events and the count of
attendees who attended and registered for the event.
Enterprise
Also for bar chart and line chart we have options for the Ascending
and descending view. This shows the descending view for line
chart.
Enterprise
Similarly this is the ascending view for the line chart which shows
the count of attendees in ascending order.
Enterprise
Here in the measures button we can see the count as measure for
this graphical view.
Enterprise
Also we can have the pivot view for the Attendees report which
shows the events and the total count of attendees. Here we can flip
the axis, expand all measures and also download the table view by
clicking on Download button icon.
Enterprise
The next view available for this reporting is the Kanban view which
shows the attendees details under each event. The green colour
shows the one who attended the event and the grey colour shows
the people who registered for the event.
Enterprise
Next we have the list view for the attendees report which shows the
list of events which is categorized as attended and registered. By
clicking on New button, we can create new attendee for any event.
Enterprise
After adding attendee to any event, it will be in registered state and
we can mark them as attended by clicking on the Attended button.
Enterprise
The last view for the attendees reporting is the cohort view which
shows the event start date and the count of attendees and the
average of the count can be seen here.
Enterprise
As the same as Attendees report, we have reporting for revenues
which shows the date and the revenues earned on particular event
dates. This is the graphical representation for the Revenues report.
Enterprise
In the Measures, we have the Revenues, Untaxed Revenues and the
count.
Enterprise
The other view available for the Revenues reporting is the pivot
view which shows the events and the total revenues earned.
