Opening doors to connection at Yirranma Place.   On Saturday 29 November, Yirranma Place opens its doors to the public for a morning of connection, storytelling and purpose. Two Good Co is proud to call this precinct home to our Two Good Café - a place where social enterprise, philanthropy and community come together. Throughout the morning, our café will transform into a storytelling space filled with food, warmth and conversation. We’ll be serving sweet treats from our Sweet Memories collection, alongside rooftop food from Love, Tilly Devine (famous for their Tilly Dogs) and Ciao Fabbrica, bringing their legendary Tiramisu to the table. With patrons lining up the street for a weekend treat at Osteria Mucca, the last Continental Deli Bar and Bistro Saturday Bake Sale for the year was a very special one. "Through the @loamsurryhills Dinner series, we really hoped to raise awareness for the incredible work that Two Good does to our own audience, and bring people together in conversation over a wonderful meal. We know that some of the best ideas come about over a dinner party - and connecting people in the pursuit of helping Two Good do what it does best, has been an honour. We hosted over 200 guests across 4 dinners, as well as welcomed guests throughout the month following the dinner to enjoy a dish that remained on the menu. All in all, our dinner series raised over $6,108 dollars raised for Two Good - funding 610 meals donated to women's refuges - all through the power of community and food. Above all, I hope our guests remember the conversations they had, and hopefully a dish or two that stood out (for me, it was Alanna’s meticulous Germany-style meatloaf, which is the essence of comfort food and family-style cooking). Cooking for someone, and inviting a group of people to come together over a shared meal, is such a  powerful act. It’s an act of love, but it’s also bigger than that – it’s showing them that you care about them. Growing up in a big family, cooking meals for each other has always been an act of love, and it’s something I still make time for weekly.  If I could send a message along with those donated Two Good meals, I'd want the women to know they are valued by our community; that their strength is admirable." - Isobel Whelan-Little, Culinary Director of Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace Across two years and four chefs, the LOAM dinner series has nourished over 200 guests around shared tables...and over 600 women living in crisis. This week marked a milestone I’m incredibly proud to share. As part of our expanded partnership with ISPT – to proudly be the sole provider of property management services across Australia - we’re thrilled to announce the launch of the ISPT × CBRE Together for Place Fund. This isn’t just a fund. It’s a commitment. A catalyst. A way to go beyond creating great places - to creating lasting impact. Born from a shared belief that property can be a powerful engine for equity and community outcomes, Together for Place is our joint initiative to invest in organisations that are changing lives. And overnight, we celebrate our first round of donations to two extraordinary partners: 1) Two Good Co, whose work supports women experiencing homelessness and domestic violence through food, employment and dignity, and 2) Women's Property Initiative, who provide long-term housing solutions for women and children at risk of homelessness. And this is just the beginning. We’ll soon be announcing two more recipients, each also receiving a six-figure donation, as part of our ongoing commitment to social equity and community resilience.
