Frasers Property Australia is one of Australia's major diversified property groups. Global purpose, local ambition.

About us

Since 1924, Frasers Property Australia has created stronger, smarter, happier neighbourhoods. We are one of Australia's leading diversified property groups and an Australian division of Frasers Property Limited. We develop residential land, housing, and apartments and have delivered over 145,000 homes during our legacy; and develop build-to-rent, commercial, retail and mixed-use properties. Our activities also encompass the ownership and management of investment property, incorporating property and asset management services. We work sustainably to ensure the places we create leave a positive environmental legacy and enhance the way people live life together. Frasers Property in Australia has certified over 8.6 million square metres of Green Star space across our communities, and our commitment to reduce carbon has been approved by the global Science-Based Targets initiative. Frasers Property Australia owns Real Utilities, a licensed Australian energy retailer that owns and manages carbon neutral energy infrastructure within some of our communities with the mission to be greener, cheaper and simpler. We value diversity and firmly believe that together, we’re better. We employ over 500 people nationally and are recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

  • Frasers Property Australia is pleased to announce the sale of its wholly-owned carbon neutral energy retailing business Real Utilities to Active Utilities, Australia’s largest independent provider of local utility networks. Established by Frasers Property Australia in 2017, Real Utilities has achieved strong growth over the years to become and today delivers carbon neutral energy to over 3,000 customers in the residential, retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Consistent with our strategy to redeploy capital to pursue new opportunities in our core markets, the time is right for us to divest Real Utilities to a specialist energy company with the scale and expertise to take the business forward, while ensuring our customers continue to be well supported. • With our experience in delivering communities in Melbourne’s West, it was an honour to sponsor the WoMEDA West of Melbourne Economic Development Alliance Summit last week. Organised by WoMEDA in partnership with The Age, it started with a gala dinner at the home of the Western Bulldogs, Whitten Oval, followed by a day of fascinating panel discussions at Werribee Park about unlocking Melbourne’s economic engine. With Frasers Property Australia communities at Mambourin, Mambourin Green, The Grove and Bradmill, our belief in Melbourne’s West is clear and with a raft of speakers including Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan and Federal Minister for Housing Clare O'Neil, this was a brilliant opportunity to advocate for our residents in the west, and help ensure this fast-growing region receives the attention, amenity and infrastructure it deserves. • At Frasers Property Australia, we know that a home is more than just four walls – it’s stability, belonging and the foundation for a better life. Yet every night in Australia, more than 122,000 people are without a home and the vast majority are hidden from view – whether that be couch surfing, living in cars or moving between temporary spaces. That’s why the launch of A Home for All Foundation, backed by REA Group, is so important. By bringing the property industry together, the Foundation aims to raise awareness, channel vital funds and advocate for change to tackle homelessness and housing insecurity at scale. We’re proud that our Executive General Manager Development Emily Wood will play a role on the Foundation’s Advisory Committee, along with other industry leaders and partners. This is a unique opportunity for us to extend our purpose of creating belonging and connection beyond just our projects and deliver it to those who need it most. Everyone deserves a place to call home and the launch of A Home for All Foundation is a step in the right direction.
