9.0 Appreciation receivedfrom (endorsements): -  Mr. Arunendra Kumar Ex-Chairman, Indian Railways & Principal Secretary to Government of India Rajesh has been an outstanding officer all throughout his career. At RVNL his capabilities peaked and he was the catalyst of growth and clarity in his endeavors. RVNL has had a glorious, rather envious run even among the PSU's, a trailblazer worth watching for. More is yet to come from this energetic technocrat. i) Mr. Subodh Jain Ex-Member Engineering, Railway Board and ex-officio Secretary to Government of India As Director (Op) he has steered RVNL on unmatched growth trajectory compared to other infra companies. This has reflected in the market capitalization of RVNL which is at dizzy heights. Sri Rajesh Prasad played a critical role in this transformation of RVNL. Sri Prasad is well known for his out-of-box thinking, risk taking and innovative ideas, which have had great impacts on RVNL winning projects and then executing them with unmatched speed. He has also a great communication skill and has been RVNL's public face in most interactions in Business and academic forums, including in TV interviews ii) Mr. M.K. Gupta Adjunct Professor at IIT Bombay (Civil Engineering); Independent Non-Executive Director, Mahanagar Gas, Former Member, Indian Railway Board and Public Enterprises Selection Board/GOI I have no hesitation to say that he has always stood out for his sense of dedications, technical and managerial competence and has delivered many complex projects in time with excellent quality control, which have been possible due to his complete involvement in the projects. He is going to be an invaluable asset for any organization dealing with Project Management, particularly in infrastructure and logistic sector at a senior leadership role. iii) Mr. Pradeep Kumar Former Member, Railway Board at Indian Railways He is an exceptionally talented, competent, dedicated, motivated and a go getter kind of personality.
