Recently, the Thesis team went out to see Drunk Dracula by Drunk Shakespeare, a mix of theatre, improv, and general chaos in the best way. It was great to get out together, laugh a lot, and enjoy something totally different from our day-to-day. No offsites, no workshops, just a good night with good people. 👏
We gathered for a farewell lunch with our interns today, and it was such a great chance to reflect on the impact they’ve had in a short time. Their curiosity, fresh perspective, and energy made a real difference on the team, and we’ll definitely miss having them around. Wishing them all the best as they take their next steps. Excited to see what’s ahead for each of them!
Our Thesis annual rooftop BBQ is one of those simple traditions that means a lot! Good food, city views, and time to connect outside the day-to-day. It’s a reminder that culture isn’t just built in meetings or projects, but in the moments we share together. Grateful for this crew and the energy they bring on (and off) the rooftop.

This week, we took the Thesis crew to Speakeasy Magick, and it did not disappoint. Tucked away behind an unmarked door in Flatiron, we spent the night watching (and questioning) some seriously mind-bending close-up magic. It’s always great to step away from work for a bit and just hang out together. Grateful for this team and nights like these.

The Thesis team was at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) conference last week in Denver, CO. We had an incredible time connecting with researchers, clinicians, advocates, and fellow innovators in the psychedelic space. The energy around advancing mental health solutions and expanding access to care through science-backed, human-centered approaches was truly inspiring. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn from leaders driving this movement and to share how Thesis is contributing to the next wave of personalized, nootropic-based wellness. Ahead of our rebrand launch, the Thesis team took a few days to unplug at Hemlock Neversink with Foster Supply Hospitality We carpooled upstate, started our days with meditation, pitched bold ideas Shark Tank-style, played word games at night, visited goats, and walked in the rain like it was nothing. We came back aligned, energized, and ready to launch. Cheers to our new chapter! ✨
