You can't solve customer challenges unless you understand them. In early November, we were thrilled to spend time speaking with 911 professionals from around the country at the first-ever Prepared by Axon CEO Summit. These moments, these conversations, are critical to creating solutions that work for 911 centers and the communities they serve.
Last week, we hosted our first-ever Prepared by Axon CEO Summit, bringing together 911 professionals from across the country alongside Prepared CEO Michael Chime and Axon CEO + Founder Rick Smith for a conversation centered around the future of emergency response. Today’s 911 centers are facing real challenges. Call volumes are rising, staffing levels are shrinking and outdated infrastructure makes it harder for dispatchers to do the job they signed up for. Prepared by Axon is working to change that, equipping 911 professionals with next-gen tools and technology that help turn chaos into clarity the moment a call comes in. This CEO Summit was focused on listening to the people who power our nation’s emergency systems, understanding their realities and collaborating on solutions that will help them respond with greater confidence. Thank you to everyone who joined us to help move the needle on what’s possible in 911. #Axon #ProtectLife
