This Veteran's Day, we honor the veterans and active military members who have dedicated their lives to serving and protecting others. Your courage and sacrifice do not go unnoticed and we’re deeply grateful for all you’ve given. We’re especially proud to acknowledge two members of our Pause team who have served our country: Daniel J. Dansereau III, Studio Pre-Launch Senior Manager Daniel served just under ten years in the Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He completed four total tours: two to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and two to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Joel Cooney, Franchise Business Consultant Joel graduated boot camp in 1998 and served six years, including a tour in Iraq in 2003. In 2013, he founded Task Force Archangel to help keep veterans connected and raise funds for organizations supporting veterans and their communities. We were honored to participate in #LATechWeek 2025, co-hosted by J.P. Morgan and Levitate Foundry. Our founder, John Klein, delivered the keynote alongside Lisa Tengbom, sharing Pause's journey and how we've been an innovator in the wellness category since the beginning. Our team Natalie B. and Jackie Zeki also led immersive activations featuring our signature longevity services such as NAD+ and B12 shots, LED facials, and compression therapy. This event underscored the industry's shift towards wellness as a shared, social experience, with consumers increasingly seeking authenticity and measurable results. Women’s health emerged as a significant growth driver and the importance of blending purpose with proof was emphasized. We’re thrilled to announce the nationwide expansion of our partnership with Aescape. Massage has consistently been the number one most requested service in our annual client survey, and we knew we had to deliver in a way that aligns with our mission: making transformational wellness both elevated and accessible. With Aescape’s fully robotic, AI-powered massage technology, Pause is meeting that demand with a premium, customizable, and on-demand experience that pairs seamlessly with our evidence-based therapies like float, contrast, cryotherapy, IV drips, and more. This synergy allows guests to create multi-layered recovery rituals that can’t be found anywhere else. Following a successful pilot at our Studio City location, which generated significant media attention and fully booked schedules, Aescape will now be rolling out across our studios nationwide. Beginning October 1st, Aescape will be available in West Hollywood, Brentwood, East Cobb (in addition to Studio City), with West Nashville and Overland Park to follow later this fall. More studios are planning to launch by year’s end, with continued expansion into 2026. This expansion reflects not only consumer demand, but also the strength of our partnership with Aescape and our shared vision: bringing innovative, technology-driven wellness solutions to more people nationwide. Press Release: Pause Studio is upping its amenities. Following a successful pilot in LA, the recovery franchise is expanding its partnership with Aescape, bringing its autonomous massage experience to more locations. With rollouts planned through 2026, Aescape’s AI-powered massage robot will join Pause’s suite of evidence-based modalities, including float, contrast therapy, cryotherapy, and IV drips.

Our team had the honor of volunteering at Baby2Baby this week! Baby2Baby is an incredible organization that provides families in need with the basic essentials every child deserves. At Pause, we recognize that wellness extends far beyond the services we have within our studios. Caring for our community is an essential part of the work we do and days like this remind us how powerful it is when we come together in support of others.
