This role sits at the highly impactful intersection of learning, culture, and engagement. It’s a chance to build the future of how we grow, develop, and connect our teams, from their first day to their next leadership role. From designing learning strategies to leading internal communication that informs and inspires, this position is about shaping a people-first culture that drives both purpose and performance.
As all of us people-y leaders know, everything we want to accomplish as a business happens through the heads, hands, and hearts of our people. As VP of Training and People Experience, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that empower and develop every team member....In other words, you’ll be a cultural architect! Making sure every person who joins our company doesn’t just know how we operate, but is deeply connected to our why.
Core Accountabilities:
- Vision, Strategy, and Development of our People Function(s)
- Building and Scaling Learning and Development Programs
- Owning and Optimizing Training Systems and Technology
- Instructional Design and Content Delivery
- Internal Communication and Change Leadership
- Leading Training Strategy for New Restaurant Openings
The Perfect Person: We’re looking for a big-picture thinker who also loves the details….someone who is relentlessly into operational excellence, has instructional design chops, cultural intuition, and a deep passion for people.
