From Peloton Interactive powerhouse to wellness founder, Kendall Toole is stepping into her next chapter with NKO Club. Her new app brings together fitness, emotional well-being, and community support in a way that reflects her own journey.
-
A Note From ATN Editor Ani Freedman: When former Peloton star Kendall Toole left the fitness brand, she knew she wanted to use her platform to build community. The best way to do it: create her own app. Building upon her Peloton-era mantra of “They can knock you down, but they will never knock us out,” Toole has just launched her new app called “Never Knocked Out” (NKO), which embodies three core pillars of wellness: exercise, nutrition and mental health. “The goal was to put all the apps that I love using into one space,” Toole told Athletech News. The app includes features like strength, cycling, boxing, Pilates and mobility workouts — with 10+ classes added per week — and mindfulness tools including guided breathwork and a gratitude journal. Toole has also added a catalog of healthy recipes. To read more, check out the full story: https://lnkd.in/e5sySmTi
