This week on The Imperfects, Troy Kinne shares his experience of living with a rare condition and how being unwell for an entire year impacted his mental health. Troy talks openly about shame, success and self-compassion. Coupled with many laughs (to be expected when a comedian joins Hugh, Josh and Ryan), this is a warm and hopeful chat about finding your way back to who you are. Tune in here: https://lnkd.in/gmefpdUc

Cozy Koala is having so much fun at Bentleigh West Kindergarten…and according to the feedback, it sounds like the children are, too (with one of them even building a home for Cozy!) 🐨 ‘Taking Cozy Koala with the workbook home has created much excitement for the children. They can’t wait until it is their turn! It is also wonderful that they can all share a different report with their peers, and this has kept it interesting.’ A big thanks to the generous funding of Jellis Craig for making our Early Years Wellbeing Program possible for this service!

She shares how we can learn to sit with uncertainty and seek reassurance wisely. Tune in here: https://lnkd.in/gqGcpfr9

This week's Imperfects episode is a beautifully human chat that might just leave you feeling a little more grateful too. Tune in here: https://lnkd.in/d9aDPkeG

We’re still buzzing from our visit to St Joseph’s School in Wingham last week! Thanks to the generous funding of Coles Group, they’ll be starting their first year of our School Wellbeing Program in 2026. This community has already shown such incredible resilience, and so it was really special to see the Principal and students so excited about the positive difference our program could make.
