We do this religiously. Sharing wins, challenges and focus for the week is great for celebrations and support.
This concept was initially introduced to me as a heck yes moment - I've done it ever since. Sometimes it's big win, HECK YES we got that four year plan endorsed, and sometimes it a different kind of win. HECK YES, I got my kid to school today, fed, alive and on time.
