Grading
Textbooks / Resources
1. School-issued TEXTBOOK:
Larson, Edwards:
Calculus - 9th edition.
A digital version is online
2. Various other resources:
Websites, Worksheets, Videos, Other Math-related books
What you will need to bring every day..
1. Notebook - Spiral notebook is best.
- For notes, homework, and warm ups.
- A scientific calculator (if we have calculations )
2. Pencils - It’s hard to do neat work using ink
3. Laptop: Bring to class, but we won’t use
everyday.
Special Guideline
Everything that I do is in your best interest, so please
respect the “No Whining” Rule this semester.
Dismissal
• The teacher dismisses you, not the clock.
Leaving early, or lining up inside or the classroom
before dismissal is unacceptable.
• Wait until the teacher finishes and officially dismisses
you with:
“Ok, I’ll see you tomorrow- Have a nice day.”
• Pick up all of your belongings and put all trash in the
proper place (i.e. not the floor)
Sign out sheet
•Drop your ID in the bowl, and grab hall pass.
•Raise your hand, and ask for permission.
Getting your Attention
• I’ll say “college”
and you’ll respond with “ready.”
•I’ll ring bell, or
Google classroom
•Everything is there

Please check the agenda every day, especially if you are absent.
The textbook and learning objectives are linked there as well.
I will grade in both google classroom and Aeries, but Aeries will be the official
grade.
