The Class of 2026!!!!!
The Growing Class of 2026!
The most devastating plight of some people is that even though they are aware of and yet unable to change their plight for the better, there are few who actually know how to assist them to successfully transform their lives for the better.
To give hope to these people, let’s join and pull our efforts, energies, and resources together (in one activity) to assist these people to produce honest , compassionate , and effective leaders they deserve to succeed—starting from Akatsi in Ghana to ALL of Africa.
The Vision of HFLA: Improving the Human Quality
The Mission of HLFA: Producing Honest and Compassionate Leaders
At the HFLA, our primary goal is to develop the human factor. The human factor is: The spectrum of personality characteristics and other dimensions of human performance that enable social, economic, and political institutions to function and remain functional over time (Adjibolosoo, 1995, p. 33).
Our tool is Transformational Development Education (TDE). To Adjibolosoo (2007) ,“TDE aims at the creation of a conducive and propelling environment within which the positive qualities of the human factor can be honed.” (Unpublished)
