Steps in Publishing Linked Open Data (1)
Data should be kept simple
◦ Start small and fast
◦ Not all data is required to be opened at once
◦ Start by opening up just one dataset, or part of a larger dataset

◦ Risk of unnecessary spending of resources

Problems of the 303 approach
