About
My career in the software industry spans over 20 years. I began as a trainee mainframe programmer at a consultancy company back in 1994. In 1996 I jumped at the opportunity to take a contract in Oslo, Norway, and I’ve been here ever since! From 1999 to 2012 I worked as a Developer and Architect in the Java field. After a few years as a Team Leader and Architect I realised that I was ready for a new challenge and since 2012 I have been a full time manager at Bouvet, with a range of responsibilities including recruitment, competency development, project management, personnel responsibility, delivery quality, sales and marketing.
