Origin Energy’s Post

We’ve taken another step towards building a more flexible, reliable energy system. We’ve secured unconditional connection agreements for our large-scale battery at Mortlake with Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). The agreement locks in connection to the energy grid through AusNet’s Mortlake Terminal Station and sets the path to full operation. The Mortlake battery, expected to be completed next year, will have a capacity of 300 MW and deliver up to 650 MWh of energy.

Is the Australian Energy Market Operator charging you double supply fee charges like Origin does to its embedded network customers? (we can't really be call customers though as we are forced to use you) Still paying over 100% more than other business in my street with Origin.
