When you connect your CRM to Business Manager, you can gain a better understanding of how your LinkedIn ad campaigns influence sales and gain visibility into your marketing cycle through your Revenue Attribution Report, and enhance audience targeting by connecting your CRM to Campaign Manager.
Before you connect HubSpot
Before you connect HubSpot, you’ll need to:
- Have a Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise license in HubSpot.
- Be an admin in Business Manager and in HubSpot.
Connect HubSpot with Business Manager
To connect HubSpot with Business Manager:

On the HubSpot Marketplace, install the LinkedIn CRM Sync package. You can also get to this page by going to Business Manager settings and clicking Connect to HubSpot CRM.

From the left pane, go to Account Setup and click Integrations to expand, then select Connected Apps.

You should see LinkedIn CRM Sync displayed under Add LinkedIn integration.

Click Connect.

Select Business Manager. If you’re associated with multiple Business Manager accounts, you’ll need to choose the account you’d like to connect to HubSpot.

Enter your sign in information, review permissions, and click Confirm. Business Manager will begin pairing with HubSpot.

When the pairing is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message and be redirected to HubSpot to complete the CRM Sync setup.

Click Start all syncs from HubSpot.

In Business Manager, after successfully connecting to HubSpot, you’ll see the Complete setup consent pop-up window.

Your CRM data will now be available for use for your Revenue Attribution Report. -
Review the Allow sharing revenue data with your ad accounts setting. This setting allows your CRM data to be used in Campaign Manager. To opt out of sharing your CRM data:
- Click Change next to Allow sharing revenue data with your ad accounts.
- Turn off the Share revenue data with ad accounts toggle.

Click Done.
Once you’ve successfully connected your CRM in Business Manager:
- It can take up to 72 hours for data to appear in the Revenue Attribution Report.
- If you’re sharing CRM data with Campaign Manager, it can take up to 72 hours for the information to appear in Campaign Manager.
- All admins on the Business Manager will receive an email after the new CRM connection is established and the report has been generated, notifying them that the report is ready to view.
