You can change if you’ve shared your CRM data in Business Manager with Campaign Manager in your Business Manager settings.

We’re gradually releasing this feature, and you might not have access to it at this time. 

Important to know

You must provide consent for Business Manager CRM data use in Campaign Manager, and only a Business Manager admin can provide consent. Once you’ve allowed CRM data access to Campaign Manager, that data will be visible to all Campaign Manager roles and will be shared with all owned ad accounts. Change your CRM sharing settings with Campaign Manager

To update your setting:

  1. Go to Business Manager.

  2. Click Settings on the left menu.

  3. Click the  arrow icon next to your CRM integration name.

  4. In the Share revenue data with ad accounts section, review the toggle setting to see if your CRM data is shared with Campaign Manager. 

    • Green - Data is shared. 
    • Gray - Data isn’t shared.
  5. Turn the toggle on or off to update.
