Single job ads are a form of Sponsored Content that appear directly in a member’s LinkedIn feed and are a quick and easy way to promote a specific job posting on LinkedIn. It pulls directly from your existing job listing, so you don’t need to create custom images or write new messaging. This ad format is designed to reach qualified candidates who are ready to apply which can help you fill roles faster. You can also test different messages to see what works best.
