To maintain the professionalism and integrity of the site, new ad sets (and changes to existing ad sets) will not run live until the associated ad or Lead Gen Form is approved through our ad review process to ensure it meets our Advertising Policies.
We strive to review ads and forms as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours. If you ever have time-sensitive ad sets that need to be expedited please contact our support team to ensure your ad set is reviewed as quickly as possible.
If your ad or form doesn't meet our guidelines, you'll receive an email detailing the reason it wasn’t approved. Also, the status for the ad or form will be listed as Rejected in Campaign Manager.
