We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ernesto Fara as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.   Ernesto succeeds Jim Murren, who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman. Jim’s leadership has guided our growth from one to three superyachts and helped establish a strong foundation for the future.   Since joining the company in 2020 as CFO and Board Member, Ernesto has played a central role in shaping our strategy, financial operations, and the development of Ilma and Luminara. Earlier this year, he stepped into the role of President, further strengthening our long-term vision and guest experience.   As we begin our next phase of growth, we are confident that Ernesto’s leadership and commitment to excellence will propel the brand forward.   Please join us in congratulating Ernesto and thanking Jim for his continued leadership and contributions.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is delighted to announce the opening of our 2027 Mediterranean season. Aboard Evrima and Ilma, guests can choose from 50 voyages that include 12 new ports across France, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Highlights include more city-center berths, double the number of Greek Isles itineraries, and the debut of London as a turnaround port. This season reflects our continued commitment to offering meaningful journeys that blend cultural immersion with the ease of the yachting lifestyle.

As Evrima and Ilma reach another anniversary of sailing, we celebrate what defines The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection: thoughtfully designed intimate yachts that foster connection — to the sea, to remarkable destinations, and to the people who share the journey. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection unveils a new chapter in its story: a culinary residency at sea aboard Luminara. In early 2026, renowned chefs from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. hotels in Bangkok and Hong Kong will collaborate on select Asia-Pacific voyages, curating private dinners and immersive market experiences that celebrate the region’s diverse culinary heritage. A rare convergence of artistry and exploration, this residency invites guests to discover the essence of Asia through the world's most universal language: food.
