  • We were so touched by how many people brought plant-based goods to our Food Drive at Rico Nasty's show in Los Angeles this week. Their support was a good reminder of what’s possible when we all come together to support community - especially in these trying times. Huge thank you to Rico Nasty for caring so deeply for community and for hosting the food drive💚

  • Concerned about SNAP benefits running out? The federal government shutdown has highlighted exactly how many Americans depend on assistance programs, like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Devestatingly, 42 million families will be affected if the government does not provide this limited support. We are in the midst of a critical hunger crisis. Threatening to withhold SNAP benefits has simply thrust this existing crisis into the headlines. This new reality has required Support+Feed to rapidly expand and adapt our strategies in order to respond to the evolving needs of the communities we serve. We remain optimistic about our ability to continue to support those in need, but we cannot do it without your help!💚 Help us feed families in need by donating at this link: https://lnkd.in/gNzpt7WA

  • Our work has never been more important. Each month, 41 million people rely on the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) for help putting food on the table. Devestatingly, SNAP benefits may be coming to a halt this week if Congress doesn't act soon — leaving millions uncertain about their next meal. We want our communities to know: we will be here for you🫶 Thank you to all our supporters for helping us feed our neighbors with nourishing, planet friendly food🌏🥦 To help us continue our mission of feeding people, consider donating here: https://lnkd.in/g2E3DQWd

  • NYC Climate Week 2025 was an inspiring week filled with meaningful conversations, community building, and dialogue around food and climate systems 🌏🌱 We were grateful to connect with thought leaders, changemakers, and organizations exploring solutions for a more sustainable future. Some of the highlights included: 🍎 Hosting multiple food distributions to support local communities 🌏 Maggie Baird & Billie Eilish attending THE NAT , where Dr. Sylvia Earle and other environmental leaders were honored 📺 @maggiembaird joined the CBS Mornings Show to share how plant-based eating impacts climate ✨Our Support+Feed Fundraiser hosted by @dvf  🎤 Maggie also joined a handful of panel conversations including: - A conversation at the Emerson Collective & Hauser & Wirth event on reimagining our relationship with food and land - A conversation at the Deloitte event to discuss solutions to reduce food waste for a sustainable food system - A roundtable at the Scientista event to speak on misinformation in food, health & climate, and the role of plant-based eating We were also so grateful to see Dr. Jane Goodall speak at the Planetary Guardians event last week. Jane dedicated her life to giving a voice to those who didn’t have one. Her selflessness, compassion, and unwavering love for our planet and its animals touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed💚

  • We 💚our Atlanta community. We feel so grateful to support local businesses like La Semilla in Atlanta, Georgia. A restaurant whose menu highlights seasonal ingredients with plant-based dishes inspired by the diverse cuisine of Latin America. We’re thrilled to see them recognized in the New York Time’s “25 Best Restaurants in Atlanta Right Now” just a few weeks ago! Read about it here: https://lnkd.in/gpi8c-tj 🎉 Thanks to our supporters for helping us continue our mission of uplifting small businesses and restaurants to provide nutritious meals in local communities.
