Strive Health's value-based care model reduced CKD progression rates by up to 77.2%, according to new peer-reviewed research published in AJMC - The American Journal of Managed Care. The research shows significant reductions in rates of CKD progression, especially among people with late-stage kidney disease, backed by rigorous scientific evidence.
