We just added a little more hardware to the collection 🏆✨ RegTech Summit New York gave us the perfect space to dig into where compliance tech is headed and share a look at what we’ve been building behind the scenes. Principal Solutions Architect Patrick Palomo also joined a standout panel on strengthening the data backbone of surveillance — from tightening governance to laying the groundwork for effective AI. To cap it off: Smarsh was named Best e-Comms Surveillance Solution at the RegTech Insight Awards USA for the second year in a row. Thanks to everyone who voted. It was a competitive category, and we’re truly grateful for the recognition 👏 RegTech Insight, from A-Team Group | A-Team Insight, from A-Team Group

Multilingual, unlocked 🌍🔓 Smarsh Intelligent Agent Detect speaks risk fluently — interpreting intent across emails, chats, collaboration tools, and voice-to-text in 10 key languages right out of the box. From Frankfurt to São Paulo to Bangalore, it identifies behaviors consistently across regions and channels, understanding the slang, subtext, and nuance that traditional tools miss. The payoff? 3–5x more accurate detection, fewer false positives, and a real-time view of conduct risk that finally keeps pace with global communication. And with transparent, auditable AI behind every alert, it’s intelligence you can trust — and scale. 👉 See what else Intelligent Agent Detect brings to modern surveillance: bit.ly/4ramnU7

Encrypted RCS has officially entered the compliance chat 📱 We’re teaming up with Google to bring on-device RCS capture to Android Enterprise — solving one of the biggest gaps in modern mobile communication. RCS offers read receipts, typing indicators, rich media, and encryption. But because those messages stay on the device, they haven’t been capturable for compliance. The new Android RCS Archival changes that with device-level capture on Google Pixel and Android Enterprise, bringing encrypted RCS into Smarsh for secure retention and review. Our CEO Kim Crawford Goodman said it best, “Regulated organizations no longer have to choose between modern communication and compliance — they can confidently enable both.” And with encrypted RCS now in scope, that choice just got a whole lot easier. #PixelForBusiness #AndroidEnterprise

The #1 AI Newsletter & Podcast for Business Leaders (400k agree).

Most AI chatbots fail spectacularly. Smarsh's internal AI handles 56% of their customer inquiries flawlessly. #ad The difference? They built on a trusted, unified platform like Salesforce's Agentforce. What their AI system actually does: ↳ Processes Level 1 customer inquiries automatically ↳ Routes complex issues to human specialists ↳ Maintains regulatory compliance standards ↳ Learns from human validator feedback How they pulled it off: Step 1: Audited your support tickets (identify Level 1 vs complex issues) Step 2: Built comprehensive knowledge base (AI needs quality data) Step 3: Implemented human-in-the-loop validation (regulatory requirement) Step 4: Trained AI on validated responses (improve accuracy over time) Step 5: Scaled gradually using existing infrastructure Here's what blew my mind: More than half of customer problems never reach a human agent. Support teams went from drowning in tickets to solving business-critical challenges. Customers get instant responses instead of waiting in queues. The strategic advantage? Smarsh didn't start from scratch. They leveraged their existing Salesforce platform to deploy AI capabilities. Built on proven infrastructure instead of experimenting with untested solutions. Salesforce has 1.2 billion workflows with 12k+ customers across 39 countries. The result: 12 months from concept to 56% deflection rates. Zero disruption to existing workflows. In this episode, Rohit Khanna from Smarsh breaks down exactly how smart platform partnerships enabled their transformation into an Agentic Enterprise without the typical enterprise rollout disasters. →Watch the full episode now on our YouTube channel: https://lnkd.in/etYXWh_b #SalesforcePartner #CustomerSupport #AIImplementation #SupportAutomation #EnterpriseAI #TheAIReport #SmashCaseStudy #PodcastClip

80% of consumers have made it clear... If AI is answering their questions or shaping financial guidance, they want to know about it. And global regulators are starting to bake that expectation directly into new compliance standards — signaling a much higher bar for how AI-enabled interactions are governed. Principal Regulatory Advisor Shaun Hurst unpacks three things organizations should put in place as AI gets woven into more customer workflows ⬇️

Agentic AI just had its moment at Nasdaq⚡ Our very own Tom Lynch and Vincent David spent the day there with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to explore how agentic AI is taking shape across FSI, and how teams are putting it to work on the AWS cloud. Vincent took part in a panel to share how this is unfolding here at Smarsh — helping organizations adopt these capabilities responsibly, while keeping the oversight that regulated environments demand. Today’s discussion surfaced a lot of insightful perspectives, and it was encouraging to hear how different teams are navigating similar challenges. We’re looking forward to keeping the conversation going at re:Invent in just a few short weeks! 👏 #AWSPartners | AWS Partners
