What made this event even more special? It was sparked by one of our associates following a recent town hall, embodying our core value to ask bold questions. We take feedback seriously, and this idea turned into an opportunity for our team to connect, compete, and have fun. This tournament marks the start of a new tradition, with a goal to host two per year going forward.
