What made this event even more special? It was sparked by one of our associates following a recent town hall, embodying our core value to ask bold questions. We take feedback seriously, and this idea turned into an opportunity for our team to connect, compete, and have fun. As part of our Employer Value Proposition, we’re committed to giving associates access through discounts and complimentary play opportunities. This tournament marks the start of a new tradition, with a goal to host two per year going forward. We also aim for every associate and manager to participate in Rally activities every quarter, helping us strengthen our community and authentically integrate our team into the culture—and sport—that defines us.
