NTACT Operations SAFETY SPOTLIGHT #teamNTACT continues to raise the bar on #safety performance across the Permian. During recent tie-in operations in Seminole, TX, our mechanical crew members, led by Edgarth Benavides, earned three Life-Saving Rules Safety Coins—Hot Work, Energy Isolation, and Bypassing Safety Controls. This recognition, presented by Oxy, is reserved for individuals who consistently execute at the highest safety standards. It’s a testament to the discipline, situational awareness, and integrity our people bring to every task. Performance excellence continued in Seminole, where our electrical crew members, led by Erick Cano, achieved a perfect 100 on their Contractor Field Assessment (CFA). Each crew member received an ORCM CFA Audit Coin after demonstrating deep knowledge of Stop Work Authority and emergency response through confident, scenario-based responses. In the Delaware Basin, our electrical crew members, led by @Mario Erives, were also recognized with a Work Authorization Life-Saving Rules Safety Coin for exceptional pre-job planning and communication. Their meet-and-greet, comprehensive JSA, and complete permitting package demonstrated rigorous engagement and full alignment with work authorization protocols. Another mechanical crew, led by Reynaldo Nunez Pina, in the Delaware Basin matched this standard with their own perfect 100 on a CFA audit, earning recognition for their teamwork and strong operational execution. These accomplishments underscore NTACT Operations' commitment to a safety-first culture and reflect the unwavering professionalism of our field teams. Our Executive Vice President of Processors and Engineering, Jeff Stake, P.E. Stake, was recently invited by The Danish Trade Council to participate in the 2025 Biogas Fact-Finding Trip to Denmark. Denmark continues to set the global standard for sustainable farming practices, waste-to-resource innovation, and biogas development. The country’s policy framework and technology-driven approach provide valuable insight into how North America can scale biogas production and integrate renewable energy into existing infrastructure.
