Harvard Law School AI Association hosted a discussion on the future of law with Professor Cass Sunstein, Julio Pereyra from Harvey, and Mercor’s Bertie Vidgen, Osvald Nitski, and Nancy Fairbank. The panel explored how scholars and professionals are shaping the next generation of AI systems and how, in turn, AI could change the legal profession itself. They also discussed whether we'll soon see AI models capable of passing the newly proposed "Sunstein test" and what it will take for legal experts to truly trust AI in practice.
