What is truly special about running long distances is that you get to see what you're made of. My name is Ruby Chang and I'm a senior domain expert for project management specialist. On the trail running for a very long time, I realized that there's a competitive part and there's a strong part that comes out that says you can definitely do this. But truly now the achievement, external achievement, internal achievement, all of that, it doesn't matter because now I just like the process. When I was in college, I doubled major in music and in science. My life probably would have been a lot easier had I just done a major plus a minor. But instead, no, no, no. Another thing that I really like about music, the effort that I put in is linear to the results, the output. And that to me is is satisfying. After I graduated, I started working in biotech. I was able to see the drugs going from basic research and then through testing and then all the way to marketing. And then knowing that I was part of that pipeline, that was very impactful and that was very satisfying for me. And then after that contract ended was when I started with Mercor. Maybe I'm not meeting as many people as I used to, but I'm able to deepen the relationships that I have now in my in my world. And then now that I'm behind the scenes, you know? Was thinking, ohh, cool. I I get it. I'm part of the mastermind that's helping shape how the answers are reason how the answers come out. Knowing that I'm one of the subject matter expert is very, very impactful, meaningful. And I'm thinking, yeah, that's me because everything is remote and record. You know, I have so much more time to go and go and train for 100 miles.
