This Veterans Day, the team at Humboldt TSVH showed what dedication and teamwork look like in action. Director of Rehabilitation Jon James, known locally as a pitmaster, joined residents to cook more than 250 steaks for the community. One of those residents, Larry Alford, who is recovering from multiple knee replacements, stepped up to help after regaining his mobility through months of hard work with the therapy team. It was more than a cookout. It was a celebration of recovery, resilience, and service. Thank you to the Humboldt team for making quality care personal every single day. https://hubs.li/Q03V4Y5N0

Thank you to our Knoxville Office team for supporting this year’s Second Harvest Food Drive. Because of your generosity, local families will have access to the food they need during a time when it matters most. We are delivering everything to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee today, and we are grateful for every single donation that helped make this possible. Your kindness is felt far beyond our walls.

Delivering outstanding results is more than a goal. It is a mindset. Functional Fundamental #2 reminds us that great work happens when we bring energy, creativity, and accountability to everything we do. Even in the most lighthearted moments, excellence is the thread that brings our team together and drives the outcomes our partners rely on. Outstanding results do not happen by accident. They happen because our people show up with purpose.

This week, Functional Pathways teams honored the courage, sacrifice, and service of our nation’s veterans. On Monday, November 10, we recognized the 250th birthdays of the Marines, Army, and Navy by hosting gatherings with refreshments for veterans in our communities. We are grateful to all who have served and continue to serve. Your dedication inspires us every day. #VeteransDay #FunctionalPathways #HonoringService #Gratitude #SeniorLiving

Clear communication builds trust, strengthens teams, and makes everything work better. Functional Fundamental #1, Get Clear on Expectations, is all about respect. Respect for each other, for our time, and for the work we do. When we slow down, ask questions, and make sure everyone is on the same page, we create space for collaboration, smoother teamwork, and better outcomes for those we serve. Clarity builds connection, and connection drives results.
