I feel truly blessed to have attended the Gartner HR Symposium/Xpo in Orlando. This event was an inspiring opportunity to reflect on how HR continues to evolve in today’s changing world of work. Sessions on engaging the workforce through disruption, equipping managers for new ways of working, HR’s role in the AI era, and building change readiness were especially impactful.
