  • What exactly does clinically appropriate care look like, and why does it matter now more than ever? In our latest blog post, CuraLinc COO David Pawlowski, LCPC, CEAP, reflects on a lesson from early in his career: “A therapist’s purpose is to work themself out of a job.” That idea is the heart of clinically appropriate care—helping people feel and function better, rather than keeping them in care longer than necessary. Dave explores: ✅ How the market has drifted toward medicalizing everyday stress and why that shift is driving unprecedented utilization ✅ Why more care isn’t the same as better outcomes for employees, employers, or clinicians ✅ What a resolution-focused model actually requires ✅ Where behavioral health is headed next as employers demand predictable costs and programs rooted in genuine clinical need If you’re thinking about what “appropriate care” should mean for your workforce, not just what’s most billable or most popular, Dave offers some outstanding insight. ➡️ Read the full blog: https://lnkd.in/gW-CKCfY

  • When mental health care is hard to access, poorly matched, or not built for complex needs, costs increase, but people don’t get better. That’s why we’re excited to announce our redesigned digital experience for members and clients, along with a new care suite for high-acuity behavioral health needs: SupportLinc+. These innovations were built to answer two big questions HR and benefits leaders are asking right now: 1️⃣How do we give employees faster access to care that works? 2️⃣What can we do about rising behavioral health costs? CuraLinc’s new platform ensures members can connect with a licensed clinician in seconds, secure an appointment in under a day, and stay supported between sessions with clinically validated tools. SupportLinc+ is a new framework for complex MHSA care management, specifically designed to help reduce avoidable ER visits and hospitalizations while improving long-term outcomes. We know that organizations need mental health solutions that are both clinically appropriate and financially sustainable. This is care that works and pays off. ➡️ Read the press release to explore what’s new and how it works: https://hubs.li/Q03TLW6C0

  • Some moments don’t wait for a weekly appointment. They show up between shifts, after the kids are asleep, on a lunch break you almost skipped. In that window, people don’t need another challenge to navigate—they need a meaningful conversation that helps them breathe, name what’s hard, and see a next step. That’s what a single-session intervention (SSI) is designed to do. It’s a purpose-built, one-encounter program that creates traction in the moment and, when appropriate, connects someone to ongoing care. In the participant story we’re sharing today, you’ll see how one intentional session: ☑️Defused urgent distress by meeting the person exactly where they were ☑️Restored a sense of control through practical, evidence-based techniques ☑️Opened a clear pathway and the confidence to take the next step This story is a reminder that quality care isn’t defined by how many sessions someone uses—it’s whether that first encounter is designed to matter. SSIs complement traditional care, bridge access gaps, and protect budgets by focusing on resolution and appropriateness, not volume. ➡️Read Khyla's story: https://hubs.li/Q03ScTl30

  • The way we work is shaping health, performance, and trust every day, whether leaders choose to see it or not. Our latest guide, Rewiring Work, introduces Workplace Determinants of Health™ (or WDOH): a framework that reimagines wellbeing as a system-level design challenge, not a package of perks. In it, we explore five dimensions that decide whether teams thrive or stall: ☑️The physical environment ☑️The psychosocial environment ☑️Programs and benefits ☑️Organizational culture ☑️Health and productivity metrics Every employer already impacts these. The question is how intentionally they do so. Download the guide and start reshaping your workplace into a system that protects resilience, builds trust, and drives performance.
