Il 12 e 13 novembre Telespazio ha preso parte a Drones Beyond 2025, l’evento di riferimento ospitato alla Fiera del Levante di Bari e organizzato dal DTA Distretto Tecnologico Aerospaziale scarl, punto d’incontro per istituzioni, industria e operatori del settore UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) e AAM (Advanced Air Mobility). Nel panel “What Are the Gaps for Sustainable IAS?” — accanto a EuroUSC™, ENAIRE ed European Space Agency - ESA — Arianna Coltellese, Sales Manager Satellite Communications, ha presentato la visione di Telespazio sui principali gap che ancora limitano lo sviluppo di un ecosistema di Advanced Air Mobility realmente sostenibile, sicuro e scalabile. La sua presentazione ha messo in evidenza come le infrastrutture (Vertiporti e Reti di Comunicazione), l’integrazione del nuovo scenario AAM con l’aeronautica convenzionale e la regolamentazione rappresentino elementi chiave per accelerare l’adozione delle nuove tecnologie e abilitare missioni complesse in scenari reali. La necessità di garantire un’infrastruttura di comunicazione resiliente e sicura che abiliti il volo BRLOS (Beyond Radio Line of Sight) dei droni, permette un dialogo sostenibile tra piattaforme applicative e servizi richiesti dal mercato. Telespazio, gruppo Leonardo, conferma il proprio ruolo di partner tecnologico e infrastrutturale per l’Advanced Air Mobility grazie ai suoi teleporti, alle piattaforme digitali e alle comunicazioni satellitari ibride a terra e in volo. Inoltre, attraverso la piattaforma T-DROMES, l’azienda offre soluzioni end-to-end per pianificare, gestire e monitorare le missioni in totale sicurezza. Durante la presentazione sono state illustrate le soluzioni ibride basate sulle nuove costellazioni satellitari LEO, che estendono la connettività a vertiporti e operazioni di volo (TPZ Air100), abilitando missioni BRLOS anche nelle aree più remote. Soluzioni agnostiche, compatibili con qualsiasi tipo di drone, ideali per applicazioni critiche come il trasporto biomedicale o il monitoraggio di infrastrutture. Through e-GEOS, Leonardo contributes to the national monitoring activities of Italy’s Marine Protected Areas promoted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica). The project, included among the initiatives of the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (#PNRR) as part of investment "M2C4 Inv. 3.2 Digitisation of national parks and marine protected areas", provides for the development of an integrated surveillance system for marine protected environments and adjacent coastlines, with the aim of ensuring their conservation. "Processing and transforming data into useful information to support informed decision-making strengthens strategic knowledge and oversight capabilities, including for the marine environment, to the benefit of institutions and citizens alike. Earth observation from space and Leonardo’s digital technologies, which make it possible to extract useful information for various user communities, constitute a strategic infrastructure in which we continue to invest, for example, through the development of a new proprietary constellation, to ensure continuity, reliability and autonomy in monitoring the territory and ecosystems, in support of sustainability, security and national competitiveness," stated Massimo C Comparini, Managing Director of #LeonardoSpace. 🆕 e-GEOS is supporting the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica) in safeguarding the waters and coastlines of Italy’s 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬.   🌊🛰️ The project aims to protect over 3,000 km² of habitats through an advanced monitoring system that leverages radar and optical #satellite data, processed via the e-GEOS proprietary #SEonSE solution. Recreational vessels within these areas are monitored to identify zones affected by congestion from anchoring and mooring, with particular focus on traffic in fully protected areas.   🎤 C. Milena A. Dal 10 al 12 dicembre, Fiera Roma s.r.l. ospiterà la settima edizione di NSE ExpoForum, il principale appuntamento italiano ed europeo dedicato alla space economy, dal titolo: “𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 – 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦".
