A single gesture can speak volumes — especially when it’s made from the heart. When a guest at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay expressed admiration for the Resort’s vibrant birdlife, Guest Experience Manager Martini Shanti Dewi didn’t just take note. Instead, she responded with a gesture as thoughtful as it was creative: a hand-painted wooden egg depicting the colourful birdlife the guest had admired. For Martini, personal touches like these are second nature. Over her 23-year journey with Four Seasons, she’s grown within a culture that celebrates initiative and empowers individuals to elevate every guest experience. Starting as a hostess in 2002, she’s progressed with Four Seasons and spent the last 12 years as Guest Experience Manager. “I’m lucky to have a role that lets me help guests discover the magic of Bali,” she shares.
