Maestro Hospitality was born under the creative direction of Alessandro Pavoni, the conductor of a collective of masters in their fields who bring exceptionality to the Sydney Dining Scene. Together, we are masters in the art of Italian cuisine. Our food is rooted in tradition, delivered with a strong sense of local place and a contemporary approach.
