Inspired by the bustling Italian piazza, our menu is a celebration of Italy’s diverse dining culture. Each kitchen pays homage to a traditional ‘ria’—from the antipasteria and salumeria to the spaghetteria, bisteccheria, and many more. At Cibaria, you can experience all the best bits of Italy, in one sitting. Guided by Maestro Hospitality and acclaimed restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni, the Cibaria Noosa kitchen is led by Head Chef Lucas Bach, who brings passion, precision, and a love for authentic Italian cuisine to every plate. On the back of the raging success of Cibaria Manly in Sydney, and the collaboration with Manly Pacific M Gallery, Alessandro is beyond excited to work closely with their sister site, Elysium Noosa, to share the Cibaria love and open in time for Summer 2025.
